We offer programming everyday of the week in dozens of schools. In fact, EVERY week you can find TAP in 45 area campuses and community centers. We also bring our unique blend of theatre and community building to public events!

SPECIAL EVENTS

Theatre Action Project's exciting special events include our spectacular multi-school First Night Austin New Year's extravaganza parade, our springtime Youth Theatre Festival, our beautiful Summer Pageant in the Park and our traveling puppet show The Red Balloon featured at Austin's Zilker Park Kite Festival and The Old Pecan Street Festival, and our Earth Day School Amphitheater Building project.

We are always looking for volunteers for our special events. If you would like to volunteer for a Theatre Action Project special event, send us an email.

Many of our projects are commissions or collaborations. If you have an idea for a Theatre Action Project special event we would love to hear from you! We would love to help animate your social issue through theatre and the creative arts!
